Description: This is an overview of modern surface and underground coal mining.

Mining Methods: Open pit mining, bort & pillar mining, longwall/shortwall mining.

Content: The surface detail includes the Crushing plant, Drum plant, Cyclone plant and Spirals plant, Shaft offices and infrastructure in addition to Product stockpiles with stackers & reclaimers. There is Open Pit Mining with overburden removal with Bucket wheel excavator and Cross pit spreader, It also includes Dragline inter-burden removal, Long hole drills, Rope shovels, Hydraulic shovels, Haulers, Ore tip, Rehabilitation, etc.
The underground section features two coal seams. 5 lane continuous haulage, Continuous mining with shuttle cars, Conveyor systems, Feeder breakers, Electric power reticulation, Roof bolting, etc.
